How to Apply for University of Swabi Jobs 2022
Interested individuals should apply through the online job portal available at the University website www.uoswabi.edu.pkand visit the website on a regular basis for updates on the process.
The candidates are required to deposit Rs. 6000/- as an application processing fee (non-refundable) through a Bank Draft/Online Deposit in Account No. 0323-223082836 or 0323-204588555, United Bank Limited, Swabi Branch, in favour of the Treasurer, University of Swabi.
The candidates should fill out the online application form and submit its printed copy to the Registrar’s office along with proof of original receipt of Bank Draft/Online Deposit and attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, Research Publications, Research Project/Grants, National/International Recognition Certificates, CNIC and two (2) recent passport size photograph on or before October 24, 2022, through registered courier service. Incomplete applications/received after the due date will not be considered.
Landline telephone, Mobile No, postal and email address must be written on the Application Form. Change of address/contact details must be communicated to this office, in writing only, on an urgent basis.
Note. Errors and omissions, if any, will be rectified by the University authorities.
Candidates applying under both systems (BPS and TTS) should submit separate applications (online form as well as printed copy) along with complete documents and a separate application processing fee for each application.
Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions should apply through Proper Channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as Second Division.
Candidates having Foreign Degree(s)/Certificate(s) will provide Equivalency Certificate(s) from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad.
Experience/qualification gained after the closing date of application submission shall not be considered.
The selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 and the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of the University of Swabi.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview as per the University of Swabi Statutes 2016.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates called for the Interview.
University will not be held responsible for non- or late receipt of Call Letters for Interviews. All relevant information/updates will be uploaded on the University website.
The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of position(s) depending on the needs of its various Departments or not to fill any position.
