DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LAW)
Qualification/Experience/Skills
Professional degree in law i.e. LLB or equivalent from HEC recognized educational institution with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in law practice and/or of working as in-house counsel or legal consultant. Candidates having LLM/Bar-at-Law, and experience in the following areas may be preferred subject to other suitable requirements:
- Exposure to commercial, financing, construction and concession agreements, and associated documents
- Exposure to Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry.
- Corporate, commercial, taxation and insurance issues
- Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanism
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word
Age Limit = 35 years
DRIVER
Qualification/Experience/Skills
The candidate should be literate and capable of reading and writing basic Urdu/English. He must have a valid driving license and ability to drive different kinds of vehicles and motorcycles. He should have technical knowledge of petrol/diesel vehicles and have a minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a similar position in a national or multinational organization.
Age Limit = 45 years
