1	Director Legislation (OG-III)	LLB degree holder with 9 years experience, knowledge of legislative drafting Excellent written communications skills and ability to interact at senior management levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to carry out reviews of various legal documents and producing of reports. Age 32-40
2	Deputy Director Database Management (OG-IV)	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university. At least 4 years experience in BS-17 or equivalent in a Government, Semi Government, an autonomous or private organization of repute. The candidate must be familiar with database management/development and installing/updating software and hardware on desktops, laptops and servers etc. Age 29-35
3	Deputy Director Human Resources (OG-IV)	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences with 4 years experience in BS-17 or equivalent of maintaining and administering the HR policies in government or large organizations of repute in the private sector. Proficiency in the use of computer applications is a must. Age 29-35
4	Assistant Director Research (OG-V)	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences or Humanities from HEC recognized university with 2 years experience in a reputed institution and knowledge of research techniques/research methodology. The candidate should be able to conduct research independently. Age 24-30
5	*Assistant PRC Officer (SG-I) Punjab	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences from a recognized university with 1-year relevant experience at the appropriate level. Age 24-30
6	Assistant IT Officer (SG-I)	Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University with 1-year experience at the appropriate level. Age 24-30
7	*Office Assistant (SG-II) Sindh	Graduate from a recognized University. Experience of noting, drafting, filing, dairy, dispatch and other routine office work in a government or semi-government or autonomous or reputed private organization preferable. Age 20-30
8	UDC (SG-IV)	HSSC experience in routine office work will be preferred. Age 20 -30

• Only the candidates having domiciles in respective Provinces are eligible to apply. The selected candidates will serve in the respective Provincial offices of the Institute.

 

1. General age relaxation of five years in the upper age limit as per Government policy.
2. Only those candidates possessing Certificates/Degrees from the institutions recognized by the Government/HEC are eligible to apply.

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.

1. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
2. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease or to cancel the process of recruitment partially or completely.
