1. Only those candidates with a valid degree, certificate(s), transcript(s), and detailed mark sheets from an HEC-recognized institute are eligible.

2. The working experience as an intern in the Parliament / Provincial Assemblies of Pakistan / Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) will also be counted.

3. The Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment of advertised posts partially or totally at any stage.

4. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called in for an interview.

5. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.

6. Interested candidates shall apply for a position with a cover letter highlighting their relevance for the position and submit a copy of their latest CV, 01 recent passport-size photograph, and attested copies of degrees/certificates to the undersigned within Fifteen (l5) days of the publication of this advertisement.

7. Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
